HOST DUTIES
As the Tropical Indulgence Party Host you will simply need to confirm & organise your usual venue for your get together, plus the following:-
* A date, time & place for the Pamper Party Event
* Invite your guests to attend the Pamper Party Event
* Provide/organise Hot or Cold Beverages & nibbles for your guests attending the Pamper Party (as per usual)
* Encourage your guests to relax, have fun & drift away for a while.... whilst wearing their FREE PARTY GIFT of a Hawaiian Style Lei !
Party Host Incentives include:

How much notice do I need to give, when booking my Party ?
We recommend that if possible you book your intended Pamper Party in advance to ensure all your guests can put the date in their diaries. We will take bookings if there is availability with a minimum of 3 week's notice.
How many guests can I invite ?
Starting from a minimum of 6 people (including yourself) you are welcome to invite as many guests as you like to your party. If you plan to invite more than 15 guests please mention this to upon making your booking.
How long will the Pamper Party last ?It is up to you, your event & timescale. The Pamper Party is designed & tailored to fit in with your coffee morning or regular get together. (NB: To be agreed & confirmed based on number of guests, venue, type of "get together" & host requirements).
How much will it cost to make a Pamper Party booking ?
A DEPOSIT of £ 75 will be taken to secure your Party Date & Booking.
Can my guests attend the party wearing Tropical apparel ?
Yes of course, your guests are welcome to get into the Tropical spirit of the party & dress up.
Can I reschedule my Party, due to unforeseen circumstances (like the weather, illness etc.) at short notice ?
Yes of course, no problem we will be happy to re arrange the Party at short notice, but where possibly we would like at least 48 hours notice, either by telephone or email.
